HSS-E Jobber drill bit, DIN 338, ground, tip angle 130°, type TLS1000. The TLS1000-spiral provides excellent chip-evacuation enabling deep-drilling operations (>5xD without pecking is possible). Special web thinning (DIN 1412-S) (DIN 1412-C < ø3,0) for optimized chip breaking, reduced axial load and lower torque. Very stable drill bit with excellent heat resistance. Longer tool life due to the TiAlN-coating or increased cutting speeds with higher productivity!

Very suitable for drilling non-alloyed and alloyed steels (tool steels, stainless steels etc.) as well as long chipping materials with tensile strengths up to 1.300N/mm².
