HSS-E Drill bit, DIN 1869, extra long, ground, tip angle 130°, type TLS1000, split-point (DIN 1412-C), nitrided lands. The TLS1000-spiral provides excellent chip-evacuation enabling deep-drilling operations (>5xD without pecking is possible). Very stable drill bit with excellent heat resistance.
Very suitable for drilling non-alloyed and alloyed steels (tool steels, stainless steels etc.) as well as long chipping materials with tensile strengths < 1.300N/mm².
